Bedar I did interval training for 3 months . I choose brisk walking for interval training every day and weight lifting alternate day .. I made sure my heart rate did not go beyond 165 beats on high intensity cycle and 120 at low intensity 45 minutes a day of exercise is all you need . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OUV7Xiy2HAQ Night times , i cut down on carbs and deep fried items , ate in small portions 6 times a day.
