as per my understanding of communism: more of a equality among country citizens. Everybody should have same comfort/salary/living standards etc...
govt will provide many free bees...(example: drink vodka as much as you can for free and enjoy, never touch sctoch. Live in community apartments which govt provides and even in your dreams also, you never think of your own individual house to be constructed by your wealth.)
I can tell you how it hampers economy or per capita or what ever. There is no managment belief first of all, because manager(don't say manager, But the person who is taking care of tipper schedules and operaitons let us say if it is tippers transport business) will earn same salary as tipper cleaner(because of equlity). There are many factors we can discuss. presthuthaniki vadileddam.

Why are you guys always compare china or japan or some other countries... have you seen similarities in policies and system execution in all those countries...every country created their niche in the world economy. As a country India is like this, it will be, probably we can ctrl corruption and we need not fallow others policies we can show them our policies worked out better than yours in future..deliberately fallowing others is not a great thing...
