Land is strictly for industrial purpose. Basically it is good if it is close to a place where good railway station is there, close to chennai and have good water availability. One of my friend said sri kalahasti area has good water availability because of telugu ganga or something. |

Hosur is expensive now..
what type of land you are looking for? tiruapthi area got lot of potential and suffiecient ground water for irrigation, no are very few irrigation canals but there are some lakes (cheruvu) and lotz of borewells and regular wells. |

I need your knowledge/expertise to find the right area in AP.
Here are the requirements:
1) Not too far away from Chennai( ie less than 200 kms ) and has access to water 365 days. Preferably in AP or Karnataka. |
