If i send my son to Dutch school like 99% of the Dutch citizens .. the eduction is free .. and he will learn English as second language , anyway ..
however , we(most of us) always think we will goback to India .. and want our kids to get English schooling so it will be easy for them to pick up the peices ... well in fact change of enviroments can be hard for them
