one of the basic thing to do is to "eat smaller amount of food for every 2-3 hours and don't starve". and drink 4 L of water. do some workout. and this will give good results. |

But other most dangerous thing is the food we are eating and the preservatives contained in them.. one of the growing reasons for cancer is the preservatives in the frutis and vegetables .. too bad gaa untunnai.. vaati kosame people suggest to drink anti oxidants like green tea etc... meeku dabbulu factor kaadhu anukunte go for Organic... or purchase from local farmers market..
