Lessee D.Suresh Babu’s Dual Role:
Suresh babu’s massive lease business has harmed and damaged the TFI to the
unrecoverable level. His lease system business was designed in such a way to help very few BIG producers and Distributors. It keeps 95% of the producers in losses and makes the lessees richer.
The whole Distribution and Production system crashed after his Lease expansion.
Nearly 175 distributors from each area have closed their offices and the whole distribution system went into the hands of BIG syndicate Distributors and their associates. In Nizam area entire R.P road distributors collapsed.
For years S.B didn’t allow theatres to go for Digitization [by keeping the equipment idle, refusing theatre ad revenue proposal…]to safeguard his LAB BUSINESS.
Still not satisfied with the huge Income he is still trying ways to add more revenues to lessees syndicate thus causing severe damage to the Industry particularly Producers Sector
1. As Hn’ble Minister Smt Geeta Reddy garu is against it, lessees syndicate are making several attempts to get Cinema Ticket rates hike G.O, even on sep 28th they met the Cinematography Minister along with Sri Vatti Vasantkumar’s brother in law MrAbbulu [Owner Priya-Sripiya Theatres Kakinada] .
we salute great Leader smt Geeta Reddy garu for not yielding to political pressures.
Madam once again u proved that u are for the people and always support real sufferers.
2.To control Producers anger at the General body meeting, SureshBabu himself proposed restrictions on Dubbing Movies and accepted the resolution [Percentage to small films instead of HIGH RENTAL in Theatres, Theatre Ticket rates should be reduced, 50% of the theatre seats should be allotted to lower classes etc…] but his business associates MrSunilNarang , MrVasu Multidimension, Mr Vijender reddy are severely opposing producers resolution?
Suresh Babu supports -his group opposes ?

3.whenever we approach MEDIA they make calls to say ‘we r family, let us meet and solve our problems, don’t go to media and reveal all this to PUBLIC’
and make us silent … after that nothing happens
4.Out of 1700 plus Theatres 95% were built ages back, their real estate value is increased abnormally and they are getting decent income on that and lessees are making crores.
why does Lessees want Ticket rates Hike?
Instead of asking small film producers/distributors to release their films in Theatres like Vijayalakshmi,Seeshmahal[Ameerpet,Hyderabad] why don’t Lessees take these Theatres on lease, renovate them and help TFI instead of holding profitable theatres like Satyam …
Will the Producers council E.C members send the resolution to Film chamber without any delay [already 10 days over]
Will Film Chamber accept the resolution with out any modifications and request the Govt to issue the G.O.
By disclosing TFI’s internal SABOTAGE we request everyone to join us in praying the GOD to make LESSEES and their LEADER, kind hearted people.
