tingu baa if u do tmill or elliptical regularly..then try doing High interval intensive training.. 1 min 3-4 mph 1 min 6-9 mph ilaa alternate gaa oka 5 -10 mins cheyyi nee convenience pekaaram.. atleast weekly once ilaa chesthe too good for heart antaaru as heart will get used to sudden jerks |

tingu, nenu kooda 150-160 velte tension padi apesevadini, normal gaa 130-140 is comfortable zone, praveen mams cheppinattu you should be able to talk while running, if not slowdown,, nadi lo kottuku poyevadiki gati gamyam nirdesinche avakasam ledu

tingu baa there is a max limit for heart rate based on age.. maa fitness trainer oka formula cheppadu.. exact gaa gurthu ledhu but something similar to rate given below: http://www.brianmac.co.uk/maxhr.htm calcualte accordingly and make sure u dont cross it.. inko guddi gurthu entante if u r not able to speak during the work out that means u got to slow down annatlu my usual heart rate will be around 130-150 while iam doing cardio..but if i am doing high interval training it goes to 174 .. u can feel the uneasy ness and u got to stop there |
