experience ledu gaani career ki pedda use vundadu long run lo. ikkadayithe maathram govt organizations lo pani sesaka, malla bayatiki vachi private companies mareppudu chaala kashtam avuddi. endukante they don't count the time in the govt as real experience. of course I am talking about non-IT areas. IT area lo it doesn't matter anukunta.
in general govt lo job ante antha oka hierarchy prakaram povali. you cannot get things done in-formal. everything has to follow procedures and it takes time to get anything done. |
