per diem can't be claimed if u work more than 12 months at the same location anukunta..better check..also there is a cap on the amount that can be claimed based on the location.

1>Per diem shoud not be more than 50% of your salary.

Ex: Monthly Salaray is 6K anuko...Per diem should be less than 3K

2> Every city has Per Day Per diem limits. Check this one.
