pricce depends on thee age and life time off the flat normal life time of any flat is 99 years and condominium is 999 years, afer the life time they will demolish the flats.

and some proces are fake. most of normal HDB flats costs start @ 400000 and condominums @ 700000 (less lifetime)

if u wanna go for good and new condos, it s\will cost around 8-10 lakhs
