nope darga mama, SAP successfull ERP package.
So far as per my knowledge i never go for erp packages...by the end of the course kemanna change avuthanemoo mari...tech wise i never prefer SAP...
then about the case...very gud case study to learn abhout over ambitious , over motivated Management ignores ground level facts ...
1). Why didn't they take care of ground level employees, they killed their motivation levels by implimenting ERP at that time and they never talked about alternative compensation or employment what ever, they killed their motivation levels...reult was cross management at the worst...
2). They never analysed tech capability/ Capacity of SAP to process such huge volume...
3). Anderson consulting was experimenting with their inexperienced consultants , thats is like rubbing salt on wounds...
4). Not properly trained users...
5). Why did they buy SAP with out considering work load
6). haa i forgot one critical point here... malli chepthaa...

Gap between technology advancement and the end user requirements
There is so much of investment going on improving the technology but most of it is not put into use by the end user.
There should be a way to take the technology to the practical usage by building some use cases on it. |

The most difficult part I faced was to learn "How to say NO to client" and "How to convince them that quality comes before quantity".
Here is what I have learnt:
Make sure that you absolutely have to say "no" to a client or customer before you do. If you can say "yes"--that is always far better than the alternative.
When the "no" must come, it should be wrapped up with apology and regret. Explaining why the decision has been made and how you are truly sorry that you cannot do what has been requested helps to make the "no" less abrupt and shows that you have care and consideration for the client. While they may not be happy with your answer, they will realize that you have used tact and social competency , as well as thought things through enough to offer a complete explanation for your saying "no."
Finally, if possible, end the conversation on a positive note--offer some hopeful tidbit for the future (don't lie or make a promise you won't be able to fulfill, but suggest how things may change or another route you may be able to take--or even direct them to another option.) This shows that you are interested in maintaining the relationship and keeping the individual as a client or customer and that you're looking into the future for times when you'll be able to say "yes." While you'll want to make sure you've made a clear and decisive "no," you'll also want to leave things on a positive and forward-facing note.
