you have to go against the flow appude you will learn and succeed, and that probably is why arr is successful... and coming to singer's ilr had some good singers during his time..the biggest being SPB.
arr's composition is so strong that it can hide the singer's fault. other music directors are completely dependent on the singer.

idi completely wrong statement. most of the people who think that probably don't really understand music.
ARR's style is totally different, he experiments and uses different instruments in a creative way.

they are probably the ones that feel ilr or someone else deserves it better.

humility is the hallmark of any genius.. IR lacks that..
infact his arrogance is what caused Mani to look for another music director for ROJA....which eventually lead to his downfall and almost written off from the music screen.. it was only loyalists like kamal,fazil and Bala who continued to give him chances...
Even rajni dumped IR and went with DEVA and later on ARR..
ARR on the other hand is more simple and humble...
His accessibility and his adaptability is his main strength... |
