No. you need to have good drainage for vineyard, meaning you need to install tiles for proper drainage of the land. it takes lot of investment, however most of the surrounding farms are vineyards in that area. If some vineyard enthusiast wants the land in future, there is not enough left and hence the demand. vineyard goes for 50k per acre, ours is working out to about 14k Ignorance is bliss |
