But, it is demand and supply situation. Parama kakkurthi and penta news paper on thosedays in terms of salary and respect to the journalists. Example: digital cameras were not in the market at that time and Eenadu can not provide still photographers to all the journalists. If the reporter gets his own photos, they pay for the photograph if they like it. But, the reporter already paid to develop the print. Still, they don't pay the money and he is not allowed to sell to another news paper. Who will get motivated to sincerely work even though they got the passion to work for.
