*widespread reports of apparent scuffing on both models, much more apparent on the black as it exposes silver aluminium underneath
*isolated reports of poor battery performance
*isolated reports of rapid battery depletion
*isolated reports of screen corruption issues when entering password information
*isolated reports of screen flickering/flashing from wake up
*very isolated reports of some buttons not working
*maps is severely limited on iOS 6 compared to Google maps
*isolated reports of a loose or 'clicky' front screen
*isolated reports of lags, crashes and freezes
*isolated reports of weak wifi
*isolated reports of yellow screens
*isolated reports of dead/stuck pixels
*isolated reports of faulty touch screen calibration (misplaced touches, touches not registering etc)
