Kitti thammmi,,,if your 140 is approved through company A and you jump to company B immediately after the 140 approval, then your employer from company A can revoke your application if he is not happy with your move to company B. If you move to company B after 6 months of your 140 approval date, then no one can do anything regarding your application. After six months your 140 is of your own,,,,so it's your wish to change employers.

Within 6 months. If you are changing against his wish,
My recommendation is first apply ac21 and port to new employer and resign. |

This is before 6 years of expiry or is it valid even after 6 years of H1 expiration also?
H1 6 yrs taruvata 3 years extension vachi only I-140 approve ayyi, without I-485 filed, can they change employer too??

2 week back fragomen attorney to one - one disco ayyindi..
140 approve ayyaka you can change your employer..if you have your 140 case tracking number that's more than enough to keep your priority date with you.

i had one fried who recently got 140 copy through freedom of information act using case tracking number..

Nii daggara I140 copy vunda. If not it would be very difficult to port priority dates. Also you need to restart the GC process with new employer. |

You can change anytime after appoval ferry thammi.
Aaaa six months time enti ante, if your employer is croocked or if he wants to take revenge as your are leaving with out his appoval(in case ala jarigi unte) , he can revoke your application. Adhe after six months ayithe approval vachi, he has no control on your approval. You completely own it.
So, nuvvu maaratam mi employer ki ibbandhi lekapothe, you can change anytime. Mi employer revoke cheyyalanna , he has to pay anukunta, so evaru antha daaka vellaru usual gaaa.
