i feel good for now
i listen swami anubhavananda speeches in youtube
descipline is very much needed in life to achieve any thing
i like yogi vemana, annamayya, saibabab, golagamudi venkaiah swamy, ramana maharashi and Rmakrishna paramahamsa

thanks for the info.
after i started stocks business my sugar went up morning sugar 85 last yr to 110 currently. due to stress and weight gain. i gained 10 pounds from 180 to 190.now cutting back those extra lbs.

Bedars .. 2 weeks stint at MS Raju ashram gave me a new outlook at food , life and lifestyle discipline.Also how to get a grip / master the senses and indulgence .
my glucose levels were very erratic .. fasting sugars were around 140 and post food around 180+ inspite of medication etc ..
I was there for 2 weeks .. for Naturopathy , saltfree food , water therapy , low carb natural foods .. and the main part learning Yoga and conquering stress .
I lost 3-4 kilos , my sugar levels came down to normal levels .. helped me eliminate 80% medication.

my next target is a1c 5.5 below ki vellali.
any tips last 1 yr lo rise aeindi, last yr morning reading mid 80's lo vacheddi, eppudu 100+ vasthundi.

Sai Satcharitra is a good start, Adi chadivite meeku artham avutundi, that there are no limitations ani, evaraina niyamalu pettarante the only reason is to have control/focus while reading, other than that if they say some other reasons, its useless to listen to them. You can do what ever you want, read whenever you want, All you need to do is have good focus while reading.

Sai Baba tatvam artham avvalante chala kashtam, the stories will definitely build confidence in you.
They say SaiBaba is an avataram of Dattatreya. I feel these people are coming to this world in physical form to keep the guru parampara alive. I didnt suggest that first for you because initially you need to know the concept of Guru, then you will understand what Shirdi Sai Baba is about.
