హైదరాబాద్ : ఏపీ అసెంబ్లీలో స్పీకర్ కోడెల శివప్రసాదరావు వ్యవహరిస్తున్న తీరుపై వైఎస్ఆర్సీపీ ఎమ్మెల్యే చెవిరెడ్డి భాస్కరరెడ్డి తీవ్రంగా మండిపడ్డారు. న్యాయమూర్తిలా వ్యవహరించాల్సిన స్పీకర్ అధికార పార్టీకి తొత్తులా, పక్షపాతంతో వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారని ఆయన విమర్శించారు. ప్రతిపక్ష నాయకులను, విపక్ష ఎమ్మెల్యేలను ఉద్దేశించి అధికారపక్ష ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, మంత్రులు నోటికి వచ్చినట్లల్లా మాట్లాడుతున్నా వారిని ఒక్క మాట కూడా అనని స్పీకర్.. విపక్ష నేత విషయానికి వచ్చేసరికి మాత్రం వ్యాఖ్యలు ఉపసంహరించుకోవాలంటూ తీర్పులు ఇస్తున్నారని విమర్శించారు. శుక్రవారం ఆయన వైఎస్ఆర్సీపీ కార్యాలయంలో విలేకరులతో మాట్లాడారు. చెవిరెడ్డి ఏమన్నారంటే..

''ప్రతిపక్ష నాయకుడిని నరహంతకుడు అంటే స్పీకర్ గారికి వినపడదు, పట్టించుకోరు. స్మగ్లర్లు, దొంగలు అన్నారు.. గోపాలకృష్ణారెడ్డి బరితెగించి 'చిప్పకూడు తిన్నారు' అన్నారు.. అసెంబ్లీ చరిత్రలో ఇంత అసభ్యమైన పదజాలం వాడిన అధికార పార్టీ ఏదీ లేదు. అయినా స్పీకర్ ఏ మాత్రం పట్టించుకోరు, కనీస స్పందన కూడా ఉండదు. జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి మాత్రం తనను అసభ్యంగా మాట్లాడినవాళ్లను ఉద్దేశించే వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. ఆయన అన్న పదానికి విదూషకుడు, జోకులు వేసేవాళ్లని అర్థం. అందులో అసభ్యత ఏముంది? నరహంతకులు, ఉగ్రవాదులు, చిప్పకూడు అంటున్నారు.. అంత దుర్మార్గంగా అంటున్నా స్పీకర్ ఒక్కమాట కూడా అనరు. అదే జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డిని మాత్రం పదాన్ని వెనక్కి తీసుకోవాలి, క్షమాపణ చెప్పాలి అంటారు. జడ్జిగా ఉండాల్సిన స్పీకర్ వాళ్లను మాత్రం అస్సలు పట్టించుకోరేం? ఎందుకు వాళ్లను ఏమీ అనట్లేదు?

స్పీకర్కు నిజాయితీ ఉంటే.. వాళ్ల మాటలను కూడా తప్పని భావిస్తే వాళ్లను అసెంబ్లీ నుంచి తన్ని తరిమేయాలి. ప్రజల పక్షాన ప్రశ్నించే బాధ్యతను ప్రతిపక్షానికి ఇచ్చారు. అలా ప్రశ్నిస్తామంటే మా గొంతు కట్టేసి, మా మాట ప్రజలకు వినిపించకుండా ఎందుకు చేస్తున్నారు? మేం ప్రారంభించిన కొన్ని సెకన్లలోనే మైకులు కట్ చేస్తున్నారు. ప్రధాన ప్రతిపక్ష నాయకుడు సమాధానం చెప్పడానికి లేచి 20, 30 సెకన్లు కూడా కాకముందే మైకు కట్ చేశారు. ఒక్క యనమల రామకృష్ణుడు తప్ప ఇంతవరకు ప్రతిపక్షానికి మాట్లాడేందుకు అవకాశం కూడా లేకుండా మైకులు కట్ చేసిన వాళ్లు ఎవరూ లేరు. అయ్యదేవర కాళేశ్వరరావు నుంచి ఇప్పటివరకు ఇంకెవరూ ఇలా చేయలేదు. స్పీకర్ నిష్పక్షపాతంగా ఉంటారని భావించి గౌరవిస్తే.. ఆయన టీడీపీ నాయకుడిలా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు. ఇలా మాట్లాడటం సరికాదు. ఈ జడ్జిమెంటు ఇస్తున్నప్పుడు వాళ్లు మాట్లాడిన భాష మీద ఎందుకు జడ్జిమెంటు ఇవ్వట్లేదు? అధికార పక్షానికి సభ్యత, మాట్లాడే భాష నేర్పించండి. మేం కూడా వినడానికి, సంప్రదాయాలు పాటించడానికి సిద్ధంగానే ఉన్నాం. స్పీకర్ ఆలోచనలు, వ్యవహారశైలి మారాలి. అందరికీ సమాన అవకాశాలు ఇవ్వాలి. ఒక పార్టీకి తొత్తుగా వ్యవహరించడం సరికాదు.
