Horselyhills koddigaa cost ekkuva untundhi annai as its very near to madanapalli (madana palli is very inflated prices-) and also kind of resort..
maa relative okaayana into real estate (mostly around tirupathi) - aayana number kavaalante isthaanu meeku kaavalante..

As far as I know,land in Tirupati is also very expensive, and dont think it makes sense to buy at those rates for smaller land. |
