Summary: 1. Karma yoga: do ur duties without worrying about the result. Eg. Dont worry if u lose weight or not. Just concentrate on getting the exercise form/intensity right. 2. Gnyaana yoga: what ever we do is some kind of slavery to our senses. Differentiate between your self and ur senses. U shud do ur duties as required by ur senses. But shud not become a slave to the senses. E.g. if u know that getting into shape is actually a desire by the sense organs to get fame/popularity etc. An aware guy wont b worrying about the popularity aspect. . But wud b concentrating on what needs to be done to get the best for his/her body/soul 3. Dhyaana yoga: it is very easy to get diverted from what ever we are doing. The best way is to concentrate on what we are doing. This can be achieved thru meditation 4. Bhakti yoga: we may think that we are the reason for all our achievements. But in fact there cud b many random things which are beyond our control that cud have stopped us from doing those things.. ranging from a birth defect to a disturbed concentration. This yoga helps us to get rid of arishadvargaas. These are the main important things as far as the psychological/philosophical perspective is considered. help avuthundhani esaa ....
