Most of us are great thinkers, no doubt in that. But to make it big, one need to have multiple skills, we don't acquire them early enough so that we can use in right time.

His company's market cap is more than $13 Billion and his personal net worth is around $1.2 Billion. He is a great Canadian immigrant success story.
