yes u can do bcos your I-94 is expiring much before your I-797 is expiring..but in ur case amendment itself will take care off the I-94 issue as well... |

oh...amendment process lo unte u cannot go out of country...already amendment apply chesaav kaabatti u will get a new I-94 along with it...either way I would recommend get your amendment upgraded to Premium processing...as of now its taking around 8 months to get Amendment/H1 extension approved... |

two options...either get out of country and come back in so u will get a new I-94...or apply for an H1 extension...
airport kelli extend cheyonchukovadam kudaradhu...99% cases lo they will direct you to USCIS saying they dont have authority...1% cases lo they do it in the airport if they accept its a mistake from them... |

March daka ichadu i94 dut to passport expiry .
Later on , renewed the passport and need to extend i94 now, what are the ways ??
I live near to dallas.. please advice brothers , thanks. |
