Nenu india lo 2 times refinance chesa main reason was interest rate. 10.25 nunchi 8.75 ki Marchaa oka sari. From ICICI to hdfc. ICICI had closing cost, but bargained with HDFC so that they will take care of it. Ippudu many loans doesn't have closing cost. So no ossues. Inko sari HDFC to Axis bank Marchaa properties were different
It's an easy and simple process like here.

present home loan interest rate is 9.70 to 9.80 vundhi....call to HDFC home loan dept or any other National bank and share the property details and your loan details they will transfer your loan from SBI to new bank.. you have to pay processing fee only... no need to pay closing charges in sbi.. |

Nenu early 2000s lo LIC nundi IOB ki refinance chesanu. Did pay penalty to LIC, but save more money by refinancing.
Ippati rates gurinchi naaku no idea though.

I took Home Loan from SBI for nearly 30L. And I am paying 35K as EMI. ( I think 13% interest anukunta )

2. If yes, do you know any best rates?
