Idedo pedda biscuit laga undi ... think the desi IT lobby is just too strong to let something like this hurt their biz model. Desi grp ( CTS, infy, TCS etc ) laku kuda telsu - chachinatlu for their margins Amrus need to outsource ani. Compared to what i saw in 2007 - i observe clear ga ikkada janala quality taggipotondi. Onshore valu kuda ika givup kotti, chill antunar... and the new place i work, there is only one theme - Outsource to BLR. prateedi nanne cheyamane dobbestunar ... i dont think there is any immediate threat to the outsource model. Ofcourse these days i am getting to know about H1B being recruited from BLR etc , ee EAD gola, i wouldnt know about how this situation is going to evolve..
edaithe emaindi, ee outsouring model is for sure, to continue.. if at all, they might find cheaper locations than BLR... |
