actually my father health is not well....fever with shivering and pain in legs due to the nerves bulging (side effects of bypass surgery etc...)....
legs kuda tight ga cloth chuttesi unchaali etc...
even with these conditions, he is not compromising to step back from these....

: తెలుగుభాషకు ప్రాచీన హోదా ఇవ్వడాన్ని వ్యతిరేకిస్తూ దాఖలైన కేసులను మద్రాస్ హైకోర్టు కొట్టివేసింది. ప్రాచీన హోదా ఇచ్చేందుకు తెలుగుకు అన్ని అర్హతలున్నట్లు కేంద్రప్రభుత్వం నియమించిన ప్రత్యేక కమిటీ చేసిన సిఫారసులతో తాము ఏకీభవిస్తున్నట్లు స్పష్టం చేసింది. తెలుగుతో పాటు కన్నడం, మలయాళం, ఒడియా భాషలకు కూడా ప్రాచీన హోదా ఇవ్వడం సబబేనని హైకోర్టు ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి సంజయ్ కిషన్ కౌల్, న్యాయమూర్తి ఆర్.మహదేవన్లతో కూడిన ధర్మాసనం సోమవారం తేల్చి చెప్పింది. ‘‘ప్రాచీన భాషా హోదా కోసం 2006లో ఏర్పాటైన నిపుణులతో కూడిన ప్రత్యేక కమిటీ ఏర్పరచిన నియమాలకు అనుగుణంగా ఆయా భాష (తెలుగు, కన్నడం, మలయాళం, ఒడియా)లకు కేంద్రప్రభుత్వం ప్రాచీనహోదా ఇచ్చింది. ఇదంతా నియమ నిబంధనలకు అనుగుణంగానే జరిగింది. కాబట్టి కక్షిదారుడు ఏ విధమైన ఆక్షేపణలు వున్నా ఆ కమిటీకి నివేదించుకోవాలి. అందువల్ల ఈ కేసులన్నింటినీ మూసివేస్తున్నాము’’ అని ధర్మాసనం తన తుదితీర్పులో పేర్కొంది. తెలుగు, కన్నడం, మలయాళం, ఒడిసా భాషలకు ప్రాచీన హోదా కల్పించటాన్ని సవాలు చేస్తూ 2009లో దాఖలైన ఆరు పిటిషన్లపై మద్రాస్ హైకోర్టులో గత జూలై 13వ తేదీన విచారణ పూర్తయిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వాల తరఫున సీనియర్ న్యాయవాది రవీంద్రనాధ్చౌదరి, ‘చెన్నై తెలుగు ప్రకాశం’ పత్రిక సంపాదకులు తూమాటి సంజీవరావు, కేంద్రప్రభుత్వం నియమించిన కమిటీ సభ్యులు ధర్మాసనం ఎదుట హాజరై తమ వాదనలు వినిపించారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో అప్పుడు రిజర్వు చేసిన తీర్పును ధర్మాసనం సోమవారం వెలువరించింది. |
