yes overall ga it's slightly smaller than Santa Fe but I don't think it's a big deal. We go for skiing all winter from mid-Nov to mid-May (every saturday), imagine the luggage we carry. 2 sets of snowboards and one set of skis, boots, bags etc. Santa Fe worked well for that purpose and I think outback will work just fine too. ee roju veelayithe oka look vesi vastha subaru dealer daggariki poyi. here is the comparison on dimensions:

Gochi:take care OM baa...its not an easy thing...I had 2 major accidents and they haunted me for a few months/more than a year...so for ladies it will be even more...everytime you sit in the car you are in a scared situation...we tend to drive extra cautiously...she will fine over a period of time...Physicial injuries emi lekundaa choosukondi, like get scan/xrays whatever needed to make sure nothing is there where ever pain is reported...
xrays done on Saturday itself. From yesterday she said, she has pain at various locations. We are going to doctor today. Lets see what happens.

OM this something conflicting to what that guy is saying.
Initially if left only green, the opposite lane is red, So he cannot have time to hit if he starts on red.
Even if he was lucky to get to green while he is approaching the signal, he would have slowed down as he will be seeing red all the way and speed up by the time he is near signal, and by that time your wife would have crossed the signal..
any way, thats not yielding by any means, ask your wife to tell that she is on green left only turning to red, when the opposite lane was red
So that guy jumped the signal..
Ask her to tell this to Insurance adjudicator.

Let me explain the intersection.
Straight vellevallaki signal green/Orange/red ball vuntundi. Left turn velle vallaki Green Arrow or Orange arrow vuntundi.
First signal vachinapudu, Green ball plus green arrow vuntundi and opposite vallaki red ball.
Green arrow orange ayyi, taruvata off avutundi appudu opposite vallaki green ball vastundi.
So ma wife turn teesukune time lo orange arrow ayyindi, so opposite vaadiki still RED vundi. but vaadu red lo aagakunda fast ga vachesaadanta. Thats what my wife and couple of witnesses who are behind my wife's car and the opposite car are saying. The witness gave their statement to police. Only the other driver saying he is on green.
That is the conflict that police has and they noted this in the report.
Accident ayina taruvata wife ni ambulance lo hospital ki teesuku vellaru. She has small pain at that time and she discharged after 2 hours.
Evening she said she is having pain on the shoulder, so she took tablets and slept as of now.
So next pain vaste orthopedist daggaraki teesku veldam ani anukuntunna Monday.
na main question is to wait till the insurance companies to come to an agreement who pays what, or just go ahead with my insurance company and let them deal with actual thing?

inkoti if you have a deductible like $250 or $500, negotiate with collision repair guys to take that off, so that you will not have to pay.
If you are not tied to what your insurance suggests to go, check with couple of collision repair guys, they do the repair without deductible.

Sorry to hear, glad she is safe..
Here are the steps
1. First go have a thorough check-up of your wife. maa friend valla wife ki first 3 days emi teliyaledu, but slow gaa anni bayatapaddayi,
2. Go thru insurance, take rental car and what is all required.
3. Even if it is your wife's fault sound to the insurance that the other guy was speeding only if asked. Dont tell any details until asked. They will get reports anyways.
4. Meedi fault kakapote mee insurance peragadu, that depends upon cop's report.
Basically, when you are yielding on Orange, if you meet accident its your fault konni states lo. aadiki speeding ticket ravochu, but I think its your fault not sure what's law in your state.

just go through your insurance and get the car fixed...once the investigation report comes and if it gets proved its the other person's fault then your insurance company will recover money from the other party's insurance and will give you back your deductible...if its proved otherwise, like if its your wife's fault, then you will just lose your deductible and the other party will also claim money against your insurance(or his insurance will get it from yours) |

Go through your insurance, based on police investigation and report both insurance companies will decide whose fault and share accordingly anyway. Take the rental car and move on. Depending on the damage and age & make of the car, insurance may decide to write off and offer you a cash settlement. If the car is new and less than 2 years old, generally you will get equivalent to new replacement if the car is totalled. Of course it depends on what coverage you took in the first place.
Looks like a T bone incident, could have been worst. You are lucky that there are no major injuries and your wife is safe. It's only money, move on..regardless of what you decide, insurance companies go by the police report ultimately and negotiate among themselves and share the cost accordingly. If the other guy is at 100% fault, they won't charge you even if you go through your insurance and your premium won't go up.

Today morning my wife met with an accident. She is fine with minor pains.
She was taking left at an intersection on Orange Arrow. She was taking turn as it just turned orange ARROW. the person from opposite direction came very fast and hit her.
Air bag came out, front tire is at 20 ft away from the car. Luckily no major injuries to anyone. My wife has right leg pain and left hand itching due to airbag.
Witnesses behind my wife car and other persons car are saying the other person jumped red signal and they talked to the cops.
when i talked to the cop, they said they hearing conflicting information, they recorded what everyone has to say and they created a report and gave it to me.
They asked me to call insurance company and go ahead from there.
So ippudu nenem cheyyali. Ma insurance vadiki call cheste, na coverage's through velte I will get the rental car today and car will be inspected Monday.
But i said I want to go through other persons claim, so he said, it might take up to one week to come to a conclusion.
So i called other insurance and they said, other drive already filed a claim, and they said, i need to talk to adjuster to take the rental car also. So I will be without a car till Monday.
So whats my next step? Please suggest.
