Some decisions affected what TATAs really stand for - like threats of strike at UK steel plants, ruckus at TCS couple of years back to name a few.

Soggadu: TATAs don't like to run their shop like a Reliance or a Marwadi shop.
Board (filled with charities started by TATAs who in turn own 70% of TATA sons) did not like Mistry's way of handling the things.
