if your Android phone is rooted, you can use Youtube downloader app from XDA.
It has different forms, if which it will download.
I never tried mp3, I use this app to download videos for my kid to watch.
Devarakota.. paiga marumoola maamidi thota... adige dikku kooda ledu...

Musicfan:not sure what is the issue here.
Voice lo clarity lekpaovadam, breaks raavadam etc. I spent couple of hours and gave up. I needed to grab some music(not a telugu song) for a home video editing at that time. I don't need it on a regular basis, so never tried after that.
