Despite continuous monitoring and follow up by the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, only 9 states (Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh) and 6 union territories have notified their respective Real Estate rules..
Out of 9 states too.. this is how few states have made parody of the act.. loll @ Gujarath
