April/May lo general gaa India lo layoff time as it is hike period and they will let go based on appraisal..
Chala mandi ee time lo quit kooda chestar for not getting good hikes.

yes, you are right, Automation and new technologies valla 40% jobs will be gone in next 20 years ani cheptunnaru..
I am not talking about just software job, but Overall ga working hours tagginachatam (like EU countries do), salary cut ki janalu adjust avvatam lantivi jarugutayemo.. |
