i got it done with a contractor lives in the same community. They have finished two bath rooms in couple of days. then added frame less glass doors. clean and reliable

I would suggest to replace entire shower area. use Kerdi Schluter system. Never have to worry about leaks in life time. If you add good quality tiles on top of this system, you are all set.

we had good experience with Moen, their customer service is pretty good. buy from a local distributor instead of big box stores.
