Kerala Govt criticizes TN govt for recent floods
How could Tamilnadu stop the overflow - If the upper state stopped lets say they did it. Would it not be much more dangerous for down states ???
The down states should be better prepared always to take the flow to use it or dispose it.
I think its big time to start a major action plan on the rivers all over India in the Parliament and make the amendments to the previous laws.
