no...I alwasy wanted a happenng capital in our vja/guntur area but not a real estate mafia destroying all the lands.......

Greenery is a must ..esp teh fruits/veggies these areas produce support half of the state I guess....we need to make sure everythign isnt convereted into a concrete jungle...
It is inevitable in any capital what's so fuss about it?
Check Bangalore or Chennai outskirts

anni unna ikakde development ki paristhithi ila unte, inka akkada ane alochana marchipotam better. also existing gannavaram airport ni develop chesukotam easy and financially viable (ippudunna state situation ki) instead building new in donakonda for ease of doing business.....ila cheppukuntoo pothe untai gaa chalane,,,,,I would say let's move on and think about how we can do better going forward instead disco on the past.
