This is same as Old days. EC officials and party members kalisi... Time theesukuni cheyyali.
Doesn't matter if it's paper or evm... Rigging will. Be done if EC official is compromised.

This is solution by Dr. Subbu swamy. Good one to identify faulty machines.
Other than that... I don't think there is a magic switch that will change the results instantly.
My belief is Evms are safe. Parties will tamper any system to get more votes. Till people are not corrupt, which they are, evms will work. |

there are many ways,
okati dummy EVM cheta janalato veyinchi tarvata allu nemmadi gaa kavalsinanni eskovatam on real EVM machine.
rendu, voting esinodu okati nokkite, vote inkodiki padatam,
this can be cross verified by VVPAT, voter verified paper audit trail
when some one cast their vote, they can cross check their vote if it is legitimate for 7 seconds, unless there is a Direct Recording Electronic system that is enabled.
So the EVM and DRE has to match so that the tally of votes is same. However the VVPAT Counting is laborious and expensive.
Telangana elections lo delay in declaring % votes polled caused the doubts that EVM's were tampered and couple of places VVPAT didnt match the votes on EVM..
So many opposition parties at nation wide asked for mandatory counting of VVPATS, but SC gave permission of random 5 per consituency
