Adi bad singing valla vachindi kaadu, he is the best in this age singers in terms of singing, but his voice itself is like that. He lacks the magnonimity that SPB/KJY or even Mano has. they command the audience with their voice, karthik lacks that. He was hardly audible, lacks energy and many more.
In that audio, he sang many old songs while Bharatiraja, balu mahendran, balachander and others talked about Raja Sir, but they were easily passable.

I agree, Karthik never seems to have the magnetism to pull crowds in any of the stage events..
infact the whole way the stage show was done left a lot to be desired..
Gautham Menon failed as a MJ.. he dint seem to have the knack of keeping the audience interested. That I feel kind of spread to the entire participants..
