You can process two personal loans at the same time, the banks asks for salary account for the loan for past 6 months and pay checks, so bank account lo telustundi, if there is any loan that is on your account, adi deduct chesi neeku amount istaru,
For example if you are eligible for 10 lakhs loan, you took 5 lakhs already, and EMI is shown in the bank account, then you will get only the remaining 5 lakhs.
ade bank account lo kanipinchaka pote, you will get two 10 lakhs adi calculations when applying personal loans.
Mortgage loan is purely based on the property value and eligibility based on your salary.

not required. First approve ayyaka even before the deposit comes to the account you can apply for the second one. Actual gaa simultaneous gaa apply cheyyatam better.

loan against property kooda okay option. It doesn't matter where the property is. If required you can apply in Hyd Itself. |

Nenu Pune lo Unnappudu mortgage loan teeskunna Hyd property meeda , but Hyd vellakkarlekunda managed with ICICI Bank employee in Hyderabad, Anta phone, mail and post..But applied in Hyderabad.

One week lo loan vachestundi. Personal loan will charge huge interest, whereas mortgage loan interest will be fine.
