I generalized it VK mama, I agree Ayurvedic is beter but lack of genuine medicine is defeating whole purpose. genuine avurvedic doctors who have genuine medicine will work better always. I heard one doctor in kachiguda is worth try, One of my friend who had chronic head ache over a decade is treated within 4 months by this doctor in Ayurveda. But key for Ayurvedic medicine is genuineness of medicine.

Real ayurvedic treatment is very close to naturopathy....Monnane mana DB lo 420 baa Krishna jilla lo Mantena ashramaniki vellinattu vunnaru....
Technically Naturopathy but orginal Ayurveda lo 4 change avvali....just popping even Ayurvedic pills does not solve the problem.
Also this will help you long term in keeping BP, Sugar and other diseases in control...
Inta young age lo GERD is bad...please eat at regular times and get good sleep to start with. |

Night duties valla vache common side effect ee GERD. The more you are awake the more acids will be generated. Also to keep awake you will consume cig, coffee/tea and others which worsens.. Eating odd times will add to it.
