Ferraresh, most apartments do need to enter every one in the lease. Few of them don't, but if it is mandatory, then didnt your friend didnt know?
Inka credit history vishayaniki vaste, nothing to worry, nobody will call other landlords to check what happened, all they will do is to run credit report. Unless the landlord has reported something about this issue which they will not do.
So nothing to worry..
