Voters in Gudiwada Stage Protest For No Money

Election Commissioner, officials and celebrities etc have been telling people not to accept any kind of money, liquor or gifts from the politicians.
But some of the voters who are habituated for those things, are not able to resist themselves. Strange incident took place in Gudiwada, Krishna district.
Raavi Venkateswara Rao from TDP and Kodali Nani from YSRCP are the main contenders for the Gudiwada assembly seat and reports stated that both these leaders distributed money to the voters.
Some people staged protest in front of TDP office stating that they haven't received money from the TDP leaders.
Police were surprised to know about this strange thing and they took the situation under their control. Whom should we blame here? People are taking the money? or the politicians who made them habituated to take the money?
