1. You can create a new DS160 from the old one.. submit it
2. Cancel the existing appointment with the old DS160 and create a new appointment

Oka chinna doubt on the DS160 form.. application submit chesaaka realize ayyanu
i had to make corrections for the first DS160.. So i created a new one.. In the Present work -- The other option was prepopulated but it did not give me option to enter INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY.. i saw the text box popping up when i was creating the very first one.. i changed the drop down but it still does not show me the option to enter INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
