Sorry to hear brother,

1) Take lot of calcium (natural form milk, cheese, curd etc) or take Shellcal tabs

2) Keep you affected leg in elevated place (on stool or chair so that it I parallel to the ground) while working.

3) while sleeping also keep 2 or 3 pillows under the leg to keep it slightly elevated

Steps 2 & 3 are needed to keep the blood flow less & controlled to increase healing in the effected areas.
