Yandamuri, 28, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of third-degree murder, one count of kidnapping and one count of robbery, stemming from the killing of Satyavathi Venna and her granddaughter, Saanvi Venna, in Upper Merrion.
If he is convicted of either count of first-degree murder, the jury will hear arguments on whether Yandamuri should receive the death penalty. The jury will have to unanimously decide to sentence him to death. The alternative sentence for a first-degree murder conviction is life in prison.

She wasnt sure at that time what happened. This guy sidelined her too.. She told if her son is guilty he should be punished, but I dont think she said he doesnt know anything, he has not done the crime.

Ofcourse he did today. Did he ask the investigator during the cross examination the same? Did he tell them during the interrogation that a maintenance worker saw him with 2 white men? It appears he didn't. He just said that in the closing statement..

Judge instructions will be given in an hour, then Jurors will start deliberations. This could go minutes hours or days annadu, Hopefully they will not take much time.
If they do, the more time they take, in this it will go in favor of Yandamuri..
