He has no exit option in his foolish plan...
1. He can't kidnap baby without killing Grandmother.. otherwise grandmother can recognize him and tell is son and DIL..
2. He has no place to hide baby where she can be safe.
If it all he did this with plan then he has no plan... and he carried away with his mental instability... he is not fit to live in the society to sure..
but does he deserve to die.. in my opinion no.... because I believe he or nobody in full sense would carry this operation like this... if he has any he wouldn't represent himself.. He is so sense less that he is asking judge to put him to death without hearing the penalty phase if he is not allowed to represent himself....
Having said that... no one should undermine the crime he did, pain he caused to Venna family...
The question is he killed two people, so should we also kill him in retaliation or as punishment? My option is NO.. put him in jail for life without parole as he is not fit to live in society...
It is very painful to even think of his mother's situation.. husband died when she is in early 30's .. after all the hard work both kids are settled in life and when time to relax with grand kids, this idiot gifted her this situation... |

The judge indicated there was an issue, but said it was nothing the court can’t handle, but there are procedures. He also plans to call the three alternates back. Attorney Steve Heckman is advising defendant Raghu Yandamuri.
“The jury isn’t close to a verdict and we have to find out what the problem is in this particular case…I can’t get into specifics,” Heckman said.
He wouldn’t say whether he thought this could be at least a partial victory for Yandamuri who is facing the death penalty if convicted of first degree murder. He says he’s given up trying to figure out juries.
