Colts are the worst team in the league roster wise beside Andrew Luck...Blitz is the MANTHRA to get success against Andrew Luck.. They have worst RB's who can't share any workload and pick up the blitzes successfully... Broncos has talent to put enormous pressure on him...Colts receivers were missing lot of passes too...
Colts run defense is week and broncos will bring that extra linemen and run run run anukuntunna... Colts Corners are very good, so why take the risk to throw the ball.. Pound the ball to Anderson and Run, Run, Run...Broncos should win the game easily... ST's mistakes and offensive turnovers limit chesukunte chalu...

McCloughan stepped aside from his most recent stint with the Seahawks to deal with some personal issues, which were detailed in a recent profile done by ESPN The Magazine.
McCloughan is known in league circles as one of the most naturally gifted scouts in football. Though he was let go from the 49ers, he will be remembered for stockpiling one of the league's most talented rosters for Jim Harbaugh to inherit. His work with the Seahawks, whose late-round gems over the past four years built the foundation for a Super Bowl championship, was also heralded by executives around the league.
Washington has been desperate to improve their personnel department over the past few seasons and should do well to add someone with a true scouting background.
In his year away from football, McCloughan maintained a private scouting service, so he should be able to immediately contribute to Washington's draft class in 2015.

CAR VS SEA...
This is the match up I want and got it..  ..
CAR defense matches up very very well against SEA offense...They have excellent Dline and Line Backers which can stop the run and keep Russel Wilson in Pocket, a plan that can stop any offense that run lot of read option...
Their Secondary is their Achilles heel, but doesn't matter much as SEA will not throw the ball much...
But CAR offense is a mess even against ordinary defenses... SEA Defense meedha gelavatam chala chala kastam with the way CAM NEWTON playing right now... He is missing wide open throws...
