I went with CBR and they charged around 7500 for 18 years,,,,,paid in installments with 0% interest.
stored both cord blood and tissue. tissue might be useful for the family members as well, where as cord blood is useful (70%) to the owner.

As per my research it was around $2K per year in US, also its good to have, and theoretically it cures, but no practical data. So we didn't store it.

Azad mama first time donated medical research did not progress much
This time doc says if you are ok with the price store it med research is able to cure chronic stuff and also might be useful for sibling if DNA matches
