I miss my work outs due to hectic work schedule I did 6 half marathons so far. My best is, 13.1 miles in 2 hrs 04 min. I want to beat this for the next half. and have a dream of doing at least one full marathon. |

I do elliptical 45 mts a day..and depending upon the speed and level I burn 380-450 calories mama (4 out of 5 days pakka)and every sat and sun I do 45 mts swim ...I just do to keep away from stress .. |
