Attoerney ni hire chesukunte, if he loses case and eventually i have to pay means will the ticket goes in to my driving records and affect my insurance
cann't I take driving course again with out attending and paying some fine, will the court allow for second time?, |

hi bhayya,
ee roju, cop gadu speeding ticket ichadu at a place called Wales,NY 40 miles to Niagara falls, NY;
Last year I was living in Dallas , and I got ticket in dallas , in July 2014, that time I attended court and pleaded for guilty,i was permitted to take driving course with minimum fine and it is not entered in to records;
but ippudu court ki attend avvali ante, nenu undedi edison, NJ lo ,the court which cop asked is 400 miles far from edison,
I have to either attend personally for pleding guilty or I can send the ticket fee in cheque with out pleding guilty ,
can any one please provide me suggestions how can i get rid of this with out affecting my insurance and avoid the ticket in to records |
