Meeku H4 stamping ayyipoyindi kabatti ikkadaku vacheyyandi, You have time until september, so even if your wife's H1 doesnt get extended you can have it and she can change her status to h4 in worst case.
I guess you need not hesitate and come down. 4 months is lot of time for getting a new H1.

H1 evaru apply chestaru? Mee BIL ki teslina vallu evaraina unnaraa?? unte ikkadaku vachina week lo apply cheyyandi, Better to come here on H4 and change status rather than apply H1 going for visa stamping. This is always safer.
Next as long as you have applied for SSN, you can start working. So mee paata SSN apply chesi undaga, unless rejected or something, you dont have to apply again.

If I travel on H4 now, once I am there can I go for H1 transfer.. if it is feasible I am planning to travel.
if it is with respect to SSN, may think and continue the school for KIDS here temporarily.. |

Naaku, Pillalaki H4 Stamping ayindhi.
17th July travel ki Travel request raise chesina tharvatha, valla manager vachi wait for some time as we dont have visibility after Dec ani anndanta ninna.. Thanaki H1B petition 30th SEPT varaku validity undhi. Ninnati varaku HR cheppindhi entante Dependants vachaka we will go for Extension ani for all. Ninna First thana H1B extension ki pampinchesaru...
Now, Naaku H1 undhi validity was from Sept 2009 to May 2012.. Travelled During Sept - Nov 2011. maa BIL vacheymantunnadu, vachaka H1 convert chesukundham antunadu. question entante I did not get SSN during my 2.5 months stay at that time..
ippudu nenu H4 meedha vachesi akkada H1 transfer ki pettukovacha with out SSN. Ledhu SSN status kanukkovalante procedure emanna undha.
inni rojulu maa peddodiki school fees kattakunda apanu.. ee roje opening.. katteddham anukunna, kani if H1 can be transferable planning to travel on own...
