aloe vera juice proved to be effective in most cases. i think it is natural and no side effects and does not hurt to try. |

need not be aurvedic, normal coconut oil is okay..
to prevent skin from getting dry...
typically use body lotions ( need not be scentetd).. normal daily moisturizing lotion to be applied across the body after bath.. |

Dodla... sorry to hear, but from personal and well known experiences, the aurveda treatment gives temporary relief and you will see good relief/result in the period specified. but later comes back so you need to identify the pattern of occurrence and take precautions.

Dodla.. its tough to avoid many things they specify ( potato, tomato, fast food) that too at an early age,
few things that can help and easy to follow are.
give an oil massage twice a week
have her drink plenty of water
don't let the skin go dry for longer period.. |

my research tells:
avoid potato, tomatoe, citrus fruits, fast food
take : green veg, other fruits, water and neem leaves balls every day
oatmeal bath, salt bath
tea tree oil for head etc....
please let me know if you come across any reasonable solutions to not grow further
in the small age if we can build immune system it works |

12 years my daughter got it
3 days did not get sleep also, I got depressed

really a annoying problem.. no permanent cure. Need to understand the pattern of symptoms and take steps to control.
Food habits, Stress relief, water intake, exercise and exposure to sun light will help. Avoid Brinjal, Potato and reduce dry fruit ( even peanut) intake
Aurveda Oil massage treatment helps to an extent temporarily. |

NEVER go for Homeopathic medicines in india.Most of the creams are made with steroids(illlegally) and making it wors after few weeks. |
