BECAUSE I DO NOT SEE THE RESULS AS PER THE TAX COLLECTED..
SAME WITH EDUCATION CESS..
All govt schools showing no strentgh or progress.

yes from 7th or 8th nov...so based on billing dates, banks have sent sms to ppl here stating on the bills from particular dates, ur bill will be levied with 0.5% Swachh bharat cess (SBC)
